The Management Committee consists of a minimum of five and a maximum of two members may come from the same country. The term of office is four years. Members may stand for election for two consecutive terms of office after which they must stand down for a period of at least two years before seeking re-election. If a vacancy arises between general meetings the Committee may co-opt to fill the vacancy but the position must be offered for open election at the next General Meeting. At its meeting following the General Meeting the Committee will elect its Honorary Officers. These will be: Chair, Vice-Chair, Secretary, Treasurer. Their term of office will be two years, and they may be re-elected whilst they remain members of the Management Committee. ICIP is constituted under Dutch law and the formal constitution is in Dutch.
